One-to-one, two-to-one, or together.
Private coaching built around you: technique, tactics, match play. Ideal before a tournament or when you want to move up a level.
Bring a partner and share the court and the coach. Perfect for pairs who play together and want to improve together.
Small groups at your level. Improve your game, meet regular partners and be part of the club from the start.
Fun, fast and safe. Junior sessions build confidence and skill in equal measure, whatever age they start, and holiday camps keep them playing through the school breaks.
Better, faster, and more fun.
Padel is the easiest racquet sport to pick up, and good coaching takes the guesswork out of it. Most people are rallying inside their first hour.
Serve, volley, the glass and the lob. Learn them properly early and you will not have to unlearn them later.
Padel is won with positioning and patience. A coach teaches you to see the court, not just hit the ball.
Your coach helps you find your level in the Padel Mates app, so every match you book is a good one.
Meet the team.
Patient, encouraging and properly good at padel. Every coach at the club teaches beginners as happily as competition players.

What counts as a junior?
Juniors are players aged 17 and under. Sessions are grouped by age and level, from primary-school beginners to teenagers ready for match play, so every child plays with children of a similar age and standard.
- Aged 17 and under, and still at school or college.
- Grouped by age and ability, never by who turns up first.
- Racquets and balls provided. Court shoes and comfortable sports kit are all they need.
- Holiday camps run in the school holidays, for first-timers and improvers alike.
- Under-18s are booked in by a parent or guardian, who stays responsible for them at the club.

Find your level.
Padel Mates rates every player on a scale from 0 to 7. You choose a starting level when you sign up, and the app adjusts it from your match results. The more you play, the more accurate it gets, and the better your matches become.
The best way to find your level is a levelling session: an hour on court with a coach, who places you on the scale so every session and match you book is the right one. Look for sessions called Levelling under Coaching.
